What are your delivery charges?

Our standard UK delivery is £4.00. Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. The delivery options and final charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

We use Royal Mail 48 for standard UK delivery. Parcels are normally expected within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate and delays can occur.

How do I track my order?

Use the Order tracking link in your account or check your dispatch information. If tracking is available, allow some time after dispatch for Royal Mail to update it.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Can I return an item?

For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. Some sealed beauty or hygiene products may be excluded after the seal is broken. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are unaffected. See our Returns & Refunds page for details and contact us before sending anything back.

What if my order is damaged, missing or incorrect?

Email enquirys@cheapbeauty.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve it.
