Cheap Beauty is an online retailer of beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup and related products.
Products
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Manufacturers occasionally change product packaging, labelling or design. The packaging received may therefore differ slightly from photographs displayed on our website without the product itself being materially different. Colours displayed on screens can also vary.
Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the price displayed when your order is placed, together with any applicable delivery charge shown during checkout.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error affecting your order, we may contact you before processing it.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we are unable to fulfil the order.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. Card payments and certain other payment methods may be securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Cheap Beauty does not need to store your complete payment-card details where payment is handled by our payment provider.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the delivery address supplied during checkout. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Please see our Delivery Information page for further details.
Cancellations & Returns
UK consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel many purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Certain sealed goods may be exempt from cancellation rights after they have been unsealed where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. This can apply to certain cosmetics, beauty and personal-care products.
This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for further information.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If there is a problem with your order, please contact enquirys@cheapbeauty.uk. Please provide your order number and details of the problem. We may ask for photographs where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Promotions
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values and product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual Property
The Cheap Beauty name, branding and original website content belonging to us must not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to other businesses remain the property of their respective owners.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
