Last updated: 11 September 2026

At Cheap Beauty, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery service is:

Royal Mail 48 — £4.00

Delivery is normally expected within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times can vary. The available delivery service and final delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Processing Your Order

We aim to prepare orders promptly. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may be processed on the next available working day. Once your order has been dispatched, its order status will be updated.

Tracking

Where tracking or delivery confirmation is available, relevant information will be provided with your order or dispatch information. Please allow time after dispatch for Royal Mail's systems to update.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at enquirys@cheapbeauty.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the packing or dispatch process.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal-network disruption, severe weather or exceptionally busy periods. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us and we will help investigate.

Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, email enquirys@cheapbeauty.uk with your order number. We will check the available delivery information and, where appropriate, investigate the shipment with Royal Mail.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected products.
