We want you to be happy with your Cheap Beauty purchase. This policy explains what to do if you change your mind or something is wrong with your order.

Changing Your Mind

For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

To tell us that you wish to cancel or return an order, email enquirys@cheapbeauty.uk and include your order number. After notifying us of a cancellation, goods should be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Beauty & Hygiene Products

Some cosmetics, skincare, haircare, beauty and personal-care products may be supplied sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Where the relevant legal exception applies, we may be unable to accept a return after the seal has been broken.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Condition of Returns

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where possible, products should be returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Your handling of a product may affect the amount of a refund where permitted by law if the handling goes beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive something that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label.

Where you have a legal right to a refund, repair or replacement, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Return Postage

For unwanted products returned following a change of mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate arrangements where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days from the day the item is returned. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display a refund after we have processed it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
